I have had this Cooper in storage for 2 years with plans to complete performance upgrades, but have neither the time nor interest to complete it. The car runs great, shifts well, and drives. However, I would consider it a mechanical project and it will need to be towed or trailered. I purchased it from a reputable dealer in as is condition and have never licensed or driven the car for an extended period of time.

Complete exhaust(broken weld at the cat and rusted muffler and resonator)
Front control arms, bushings, and ball joints
Wheel alignment
Rust repair above the vanity trim over the rear plate (visible in picture)
Right window switch is intermittent
One of the heated seats does not work
Brake service
Missing the lower trim below the grill
The body of the car is straight and clean. The only rust I have seen is on the hatch as described above. The shifter linkage has stiffened since being stored and will need to be serviced. The factory Harmon Kardon stereo has been replaced by a Kenwood. The check engine light is on.
I received a car proof report with the car when I purchased it. No collisions. One fire claim in 2006 $20116 and one miscellaneous claim in 2006 for $826.
I have described the car to the best of my abilities and encourage any interested parties to inspect the car in person.

Buyer is responsible for all transportation, inspection, and licensing fees. The car is sold as is with now warranty expressed or implied.
I do have a truck and trailer and can assist with local transport for an additional fee.
