There are really only two issues with this car to speak of. First, there are small paint chips around either side of the rear hatch cover. Either give them a quick touch-up or have it properly redone by a body shop (I got an estimate of $500). Second, the TPMS does not function properly. The tire sensors are brand new, so I surmise one of the relay components is faulty but have not had it professionally diagnosed.
This car gets lots of thumbs up and is a total blast to drive. Everything you've heard about the MINI experience is true! I've had the opportunity to own a number of sports and muscle cars, and you'll get more miles of smiles per gallon with this MINI than any other. Hopefully when this one sells I can start my search for a new one! Please ask questions and read the entire item description, including payment requirements, before placing your bid.
