This is a very fine specimen, low miles, fun topless mini. We drive any car we sell for a week or two to uncover any issues and/or anomalies This car is a blast to drive, and everything works as new. The top is in perfect shape, with a glass, defroster equipped rear window (not plastic). The interior smells pleasant, with no excessive wear and tear...the only wear really is on the floor mats. The stereo is equipped with USB and iPod connectors for auxiliary input. The electronic mirrors work, and fold as they should. A/C functions as it should. Prior history shows that vehicle was maintained appropriately and suspension was serviced recently and it rides as such. Once we are done with our assessment we take the vehicle in for inspection. (as a result of our road test and independent inspection A NEW BATTERY INSTALLED, AND REAR BRAKES). This is a car id be happy to give as a graduation gift as you son/daughter goes off to college? A great fun ride for the weekend drives along the coast? Perfect for a vacation home? Its ready for anything really.

This car includes all the factory owner literature, and ALL THREE KEYS!...these are generally signs of meticulous and prideful ownership on part of the pervious owners. Who were low annual mileage owners as well with only 11k miles annually (on average.)
I ran the Carfax on this vehicle on 07/21/15 and it came back with no issues.(available upon request)
The car is otherwise in perfect condition. The Only notable flaws are some minor surface scuffs and scratches on the rims not in excess of normal wear, and a tear in the rear bumper (see photos). I did not personally notice it when I initially walked the vehicle but it is there.

The vehicle is being sold AS-IS. You have the right to have the vehicle to be inspected at your cost at our discretion. Upon purchasing the vehicle you have agreed and acknowledge that you have taken the necessary steps to ensure the vehicle has met your satisfaction, and there will be no returns, refund, etc. NO cooling off period.
LEGAL/Buying/Shipping
All California residents, and out of state residents picking up the vehicle at our dealership will be charged CA sales tax. (Out of state buyers must have vehicle shipped out of the sate via motor carrier or tax will apply no exceptions so please do not ask)
All buyers pay $150 document processing, smog and transfer fees. Tax, title, license fees extra.
Winning bidder to make a $500, holding deposit immediately upon winning(via PayPal). If you back out of the deal or fail to contact us for resolution, or make further accommodations to pay the remaining balance, you will forfeit this fee to cover listing costs, time, missed sales opportunities, etc. Remaining balance due within Five (5) business days. Vehicle will be released once funds clear bank. If you desire to pay by credit card let us know and we will invoice you, a 3% fee applies to the amount placed on credit card). ***Please no PayPal for final balance payments***
The buyer is responsible for arranging shipping if necessary to ensure that you are satisfied you receive the best rate and options to suit your needs. We will accommodate you carrier in any way to ensure that they can make a safe and swift pickup.
