2005 Mini Cooper S Electric Blue…..“Great, Fun Motoring Car” The heart of the car is a supercharged, Intercooled 1.6-Liter overheard cam (OHC), 16-valve inline 4-cylinder engine putting out 163 HP stock. Manual 6-Speed Getrag transmission. I added the premium package which included Leather Multifunction steering wheel-cruise Control, panoramic Sunroof, Automatic Air Conditioning and on-board Computer. I also added the chrome package which you will see from the pictures includes the front grill, rear lip above the license plate and driver mirrors. This was my wife's car and we are the original owners and we named the Mini “Smurfette. Throughout the years I would add upgrades if something needed to be replaced, repaired or just wanted to enhance.

Escort radar detector wire has been hard wired to the car, no cigarette lighter. I did not remove it in case you would like to purchase and use the same connections. There were no problems with the wiring….I accidentally dropped the radar when I was getting the headliner replaced and broke it.

Feb/2012 the car had full scheduled 65k service and replaced Spark Plugs, Serpentine Belt, Coolant Temp Sensors and Thermostats, complete fuel injector service and cleaning, Brake system flush and had the Air intake assembly, throttle body & set cleaned. New set of Handkook V2 concept tires. The tires have a 5year/45K treadlife and have been rotated every 5K miles when I've done oil changes.
March/2013 the front brake rotors and pads were changed.
April/2015 the Rear brake rotors and pads were changed.
October/2015 Replaced battery, oil change always synthetic mobil one and the AC unit was serviced and running super cold. Being in Florida there is no such thing as no AC. The headliner had started to sag and was separating around the edges so I replaced it and looks great. (Photo attached)
The car has standard tires on it. I have had no problems or concerns going on long road trips. The body of the car is in great shape as is the paint...The front of the car does have paint chips which is to be expected from a 10 year daily driver car….I also replaced the black exterior trim. This is my third car owning a manual transmission and nobody was ever allowed to drive that didn't already know how to use manual…..The transmission and clutch are great and I didn't want to change that by letting someone learn how to drive on my Smurfette. I have the original wheels and radio if you want them.
Last year the car was involved in a minor MVA. Another car pulled out and side swiped me…The minor damage was immediately fixed with Mini OEM parts.
