Single, private owner car with bumper to bumper transferable warranty up to 50K miles and 36K maintenance transferable warranty. Both warranties are through MINI BMW. We bought it brand new October 2014 and it is in perfect condition with 15, 211 miles. It seats five and also has car seat hookups, and backseats go down. Car gets 28 city and 32 highway mpg. Car runs perfectly and we are only making a change for budget reasons and downsizing to one car. This car is AMAZING!
