This car is by no means in perfect or mint condition. That needs to be said upfront. I've included the best pictures I could take of the dents ripped seats, various other cosmetic flaws that could be expected with a 20 year old car.
When I bought the car the previous owner had left out some crucial details that cost me $ down the road, my goal is to be honest and upfront and let you know that you're bidding on an amazing car, that has had a lot of the big issues repaired and is ready to be driven.
Pros
-New tires with lots of tread.
-Replaced transmission, the one currently in has about 50k on it. (Done by professionals)
-New clutch probably around 1k on it. (Done by professionals)
-New two piece drive shaft.
-New Brakes
-Engine only has about 90k on it.
-New spark plugs and wires.
-Repainted the hood
-60k tune done on time by professionals
-AWD works amazing in the winter
-Still has spare tire in the back
-Turbos are good to go, very loud.
ConsThis car has a lot of amazing features that were very ahead of its time when it was made in 1995. Unfortunately over 20 years some of these features are ready to be fixed.
-AC and Heat are not up to par (it blows cool and warm) but not cold and hot -cruise control and active aero are not working-hubcaps missing, ripped seats, dents, scratch on the passenger side rear panel (backed into in a parking lot)-repainted front end, guy forgot to paint mitsu emblem red (I like it, but it isn't stock..)-radio isn't stock so steering wheel controls don't work-Sport light is on which could be a bad strut, but more than likely you'd be better off replacing suspension altogether, if you plan on lowering the car then this obviously wouldn't matter.-Air Intake manifold isn't secure so it rumbles around a little while driving-Exhaust leak somewhere, it isn't bad but you can smell it if it idles for awhile and you're just sitting in the car.-Horn sticks-Right headlight has condensation in it/fog lights don't work.
Will include two 12 inch subs, extra engine and old transmission that you can pick parts and gears off of. The current transmission should be fine for many years to come though as long as you can resist the urge not to redline it or launch it at every red light.
All in all I love this car, it has been through a lot, and sat for awhile while I was away on military duty for the Air Force, but it has been my daily driver and has ran strong for the past 5 months. If you like to work on cars, and want a badass looking machine this is the car for you! 300 horses loud turbos, lots of looks.
