1995 MITSUBISHI 3000 GT
I never thought that I would ever consider parting with my glowing red 1995 MITSUBISHI 3000 GT. My collection has just become too large and do not want such an incredible driving machine just sit in storage.
I purchased the vehicle in 2000 from a dealership in Charlotte, North Carolina where it had been traded in after being adult owned and driven. Since the vehicle has been in my possession in the northeast it has never seen snow or even rain. It has never been parked outside in direct sunlight for long periods of time and has been stored inside and covered when not in use. I completely removed and restored/replaced all of the interior components (including the OEM audio system that had been previously removed). The disc brake rotors and pads were replaced on all four corners. I replaced the original 16 inch factory wheels and tires (which are included with the vehicle), with 17 inch American Racing five spoke wheels, and Falklen 225/45/17 tires, that still have 95% tread wear left. I always receive compliments on the condition of the paint, it is in great condition for a vehicle produced in 1995. There are a few small scratches behind the drivers side door and the clearcoat on the clear acrylic headlight light covers has begun to peel as they have on every 3000GT ever produced, If you are familiar with these vehicles you are well aware of this issue, and how it can be easily corrected with 1000 grit sandpaper and polishing compound. I just never saw it as problem so I never got around to rubbing them out, see the detailed pics I have included.
The interior is in incredible shape as well. There are no rips, tears split seams or stains anywhere in the upholstery or carpeting, the dash has no cracks or discoloration, all of the gauges/instrumentation are 100% functional, the AC blower chilling cold air. The audio equipment including the factory amplifier works perfectly, as does the cruise control. The battery is only one year old and in great condition.
This 3000 GT is one incredible, fun to drive performance vehicle that I guarantee will turn heads and receive comments anywhere driven or shown. It is ready to turn the key and drive it away including a fresh oil change that I will complete before you pick it up, because it has been stored all winter.
