Service and Safety
All pre-owned units sold through Maxtown Motors are carefully inspected for safety prior to sale. Additionally, all units recieve (at a minimum) an oil/filter change regardless of how recently the previous owner serviced it. ($1000.00 average is what we usually spend per unit to ensure the new owner is fully satisfied) If for any reason the car has any known problems, we will list those in the description so the potential buyer can make an informed decision.

Fees
A fee totaling $283.50 (Documentation, License, and Title) will be added to the Final Auction Price of All Motor Vehicles sold.
We Guarantee All Our Titles To Be Clean and Clear of Any Liens. We Do Not Sell Vehicles That Have Salvage or Reconditioned Titles. Ohio Is a Title Holding State. An Ohio Title Can Take Up To 21 Business Days to process. We Will Provide You With A Temporary 30 Day Tag During This Period.
Ohio Mandated Sales Tax
If you are a resident of Ohio we will collect tax by the county you reside in. Some states we do not collect taxes for. Please contact your dealership representative if you have any questions
