Please read entire add before bidding. I work with a repo company and this car was repossessed . They are repos from title loans and the loan was defaulted . Meaning the owner gave up the right to his vehicle do to non payment. The finance company is now the legal owner .The car is a clean title and it seems to drive ok . It does seem to need alignment there is a picture seen where it seems like they chipped the paint. It has dings here and there nothing major . I do have the actual title in hand. There is no lien paperwork. It is ready for new owner . We are not professional mechanics so we advice to ask a lot of questions and if you can come see the car. We are located in the City of San Fernando CA 91340 . If you are new to eBay and do not have any bidding activity please call me first before bidding. If not your bid will be cancelled. Unfortunately do to the amount of fraud we have to do this . The car has already been released from Title company and owner . I will be giving a bill of sale with the actual title signed off . The car is sold as is no warranties or guarantees of any kind. If you are buying in the state of California we are not responsible for the smog check . This is an agreement between the buyer and seller. Unfortunately we do not know the history of the maintenance on the car . If the buyer does decide he or she wants the smog done buy us there is a service fee of $385.00. this is optional .The car is sold as is and there are no guarantees of any kind . Once the car has been won the buyer is responsible to make a $500.00 deposit with in 24 hours through PayPal . The vehicle will not be released to anyone until deposit has been made.
