I've started this project late summer 2015. Got the car since this is last year they make EVO (which makes it a good investment) and I really like the car and concept. Ever since I was a kid and played racing video games I wanted to get one for myself. I didn't cut the corners and went all in on parts for the car, got all the best on the market. Car has very low mileage - only 3, 800. First service has been performed at the dealer (got all the records). I also got all the receipts for parts. Car is leased, it's $303+tax/month payment (yup, you could have it for just a bid over 3 hundred a month, I've placed large down payment to bring monthly down), so you can take over the lease and give me some cash for parts or just buy it (pay off to Mitsubishi what's owed ($28.5K) and I'll take the difference). Car is located in southern California.
Car was well equipped from the factory, I've scanned list of all the options from manufacturers sticker, see in photos. MSRP $35, 360.00.

Car comes with all original parts (you could always install it back on), I've got all the parts in my garage, besides factory wing, it's located at Auto Talent and we could pick it up anytime and... legacy...
Important
: We didn't do anything to the engine, it hasn't been tuned or anything. Car would pass smog or any Certification (since you would have stock parts to put back if needed). I truly believe, it would Probably be one of the best EVOs in the world. (MSRP $35, 360.00 plus all the parts and labor...). The car runs beautifully, and looks and sounds even better! Car is extremely rare, clean and low mileage!

Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 3 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and finding a shipping company - full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company. US buyers only.
Notice to Bidders
I reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. Non-Paying Bidder If the deposit is not received within 2 days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 3 days following the close of auction, I reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
