The car is located in Chicago, IL and was originally from Arizona. It has no major rust (this a huge plus if you compare it to other Midwest cars of this year). Maintenance / Oil changes have always been performed on time. I've always used OEM Mitsubishi oil filters from the dealer. Last oil change was with Mobil1 synthetic.

There are tons of details and minor repairs/modifications I am missing. More will be added.
Car has a couple primer spots where it was professionally repaired, just never painted. I have pics of the repair from beginning to end (upon request). There are other small dents and dings but nothing major (13 year old car). Car still shines and has a great body.
The front bumper cracked at the bottom, but is easily repairable. I also have high quality color matched spray paint to include.
Heat and AC both work very well. Heater control does not switch the vents, so it only comes out towards your face. Didn't have an issue throughout the winter with this. Rear defroster still works appropriately.
Needs a cam sensor. Problem just started to occur and there are days the car takes a few tries to start. Most days it starts up and runs without issue.
I like to be up front about anything and everything going on with the car. No BS business here and I hope for the same from the buyer.
