I bought the Galant back in 2010. Since then it's been owned by me and I've has minor repairs and maintenance done to it. It's a perfect first car for a younger person considering how nice the body looks. There isn't much rust and it's in pretty good shape for it's age. Mechanically speaking, it runs great and there's nothing wrong with it. It's had a new custom fiberglass hood installed on it as well as a new motor with only 65, 000 miles.
As far as receiving the vehicle, you can either come and pick it up or you can find transportation for it. I will in no way be involved with delivery.
