This is a head turning, 1954 Nash Metropolitan, Model #542, Body Style 7856, Paint code P905 Caribbean Blue(original color) with White top. I have owned this car for 19 years. This vehicle is in very good condition and has been a multiple show winner. The engine is a 1200cc Austin Healey 4 cylinder original stock engine with a 3 speed manual transmission that is in very good running condition. The engine was rebuilt approximately 3 years prior to me owning the vehicle. While I have owned the car, I have rebuilt the steering column, replaced the tires with steel belted radials and original Port-a-Wall sidewalls, new brakes, drums, wheel bearings and battery. The car has been in a climate controlled environment that has maintained this classic in show quality condition.
This vehicle is for sale locally and I reserve the right to withdraw this listing if the vehicle sells locally. This vehicle is available for inspection and encouraged prior to bidding. This vehicle is sold as is. Don't miss this opportunity to own this well preserved classic Nash Metro.
Terms of Sale
Payment: A $500.00 non-refundable deposit via PayPal or Certified/Treasure's check is due within 48 hours of the end of the auction. The remaining balance must be paid in full within 10 business days before the vehicle leaves my premises. If no contact is made with the buyer within 24 hours of the end of auction or failure to pay full amount within 10 business days, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or make a second chance offer to another buyer. Payment methods we accept are Certified/Treasure's check or Cash . Treasure's check must clear before vehicle departs my premises. Out of state buyers are responsible for taxes and fees in the state which they reside in.
We reserve the right to end the auction at any time if the vehicle is no longer for sale. Vehicle is for sale locally.
All funds will be in US Dollars. Please have your financing in place before bidding. All funds must be received and all checks cleared before the vehicle departs my premises. A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of the auction close if you are the winning bidder.
