What I have is a 1937 nash rat rod built by Sloan customs, It has a Camaro sub frame tied into the original frame, Camaro rear end with all new steering and suspension parts. The car has been lowered as low as it can go and sits very nice. The motor is a fresh built 307 with a 700r4 four speed automatic Trans. This car gets great gas milage!! The interior has s10 seats up front with the original rear seat that was recovered. Car was converted to power steering and disk brakes that makes for a nice cruiser. The floors are solid, new metal was welded to fit the transmission, It brings in lots of attention anywhere and everywhere it goes. As listed brakes stop fine but feel a little spongy to me, few rust spots in trunk but floors are solid, small rust spot area at back driver side door, has windshield, crack in windshield, and back side glass. But that's about it, a few very minor things that to some it's a rat rod and that's the way they want it and to others it's an art and they can do it the way they want it. Starts up instantly and runs and drives great. If you like attention I promise you it draws attention, people stop there cars to come up and see it, people driving honk and give thumbs up its an awesome cool car but I want something different like a trans am or corvette that's why I want to sell so I can go buy one.

“Couple rust holes in trunk and a small area by rear driver door, brakes work great but feel a little spongey for my liking, . It's a jump in and drive car, make it the way you want. Recent update I changed out the trans fluid, (drain and fill) because I get my fluids for free where I work and now it shifts hard between 1st and second only I either put to much fluid or it needs more fluid I don't think this was the proper dip stick for the trams fluid. She still runs and drives just fine it just shifts hard between those 2 gears I was asking 6,200 for the car, I am now selling for 4,800 since someone will have to redo the trams fluid.” |
