I'm building a garage and a few of my projects and toys have to go for some cash!! Last high bidder wins. Up for auction is my 1967 Olds 442. This is a real Oldsmobile 442 Barn find. Copy of the title shows same owner since 1985 Last drove in 1991 It was put in the barn and It was stored there until 2013. The barn was getting torn down so the car came out to where it's been sitting since until I purchased it.. This car is from Colorado and is extremely solid. All the sheet metal is original to the car. No patches ever that I can see. Underside has surface rust but that's really it. Lower drivers fender has some bubbling. Around the hood vents some surface rust is there where the paint flaked but only surface. Drivers side rear lower quarter has some rust and a long little hole. The body lines are straight as an arrow. We did nothing cosmetically other than running it through the car wash and installing new rims 15 x 7 on the front and 15 x 8 on the rear. WOW what an easy restoration for someone. We drained the fuel lines, changed the oil, replaced the fuel and fuel pump, cleaned the brakes, put new rims and slightly used tires on it and it purrs like a kitten. The clutch makes a little chatter and feels soft but shifts smoothlessly between all 4 gears. I think after being driven a while the chatter might go away some. The car runs, stops and drives but does need gone through. Brakes are weak and the steering is off. But way better than you would think for sitting decades. We drove it and it runs great. Temperature and oil pressure was spot on. You could drive it home But I would trailer or ship it personally till gone through and fully serviced. After a few miles we ran it about a 1/4 mile WOT and it ran strong. It left 2 lines 60 feet long and 2 lines when we smacked 2nd gear. She is a torque monster. What a beautiful car for someone to restore. The interior looks good. the paint is dull and faded as it's almost 30 years old. Bumpers are in great condition. The radio I forgot to check, But who cares your not buying the car for the radio. The aftermarket gauges have been removed. I forgot to get pictures after I pulled them out. The engine I am told is a 455 from a GTO. I'm not 100% sure of it but It runs very strong. With the 4 speed and the 3.91 limited slip rear end, It's a blast to drive. We pulled the pumpkin and its stamped 3910 GM 366 8 or B and 0 or o. . I'm not sure if heater works or not. If a picture speaks 1000 words you have 24000 words to look at. Feel free to bid with confidence as this is a great 67 Olds 442. The title shows 0 miles. I'm selling it as exempt or tmu. But you can put what you please. Please try to pickup within 7 days If shipping and car is paid for I don't care if it sits here a month. A $500 Paypal deposit is due within 24 hours of auction end. Sold ASIS because of its age. Any questions feel free to call 330-284-7585 I will not end Auction early for any amount. I like to gamble so $1 starts it. Last bidder at $10 or $30, 000 wins it. Doesn't matter.
