Body in pretty decent shape for the year, driver rocker panel needs to be replaced and rust spot on the hood needs patching, convertible top doesn't work right due to hydraulic leak. carburetor needs to be rebuilt. Car does have some bond on the body. This wonderful car still has great value in it and with the proper fixes can easily sale for 15 to 20k.
