This is a 1971 cutlass SX convertible That my family is selling from my dads Estate. I was told there was only 357 of the 71 SX convertibles made but do your own research...He had the car for about 5 yrs, He had done a frame off about 2 yrs ago, and has been sitting in the garage untouched for about a year...I don't believe the motor is the matching # but does have a correct 455 , I dont know mileage on the running gear but i do know it was rebuilt..TH 400 transmission, Factory opions are ...Power steering, Power disc brakes, Power windows, Power- Top, Rally Pac Tach & gauges, Tilt wheel, sport steering wheel, sport mirrors, AM/FM radio, Split bench seat with fold down arm rest, ..rear sway bar, It was painted back to the original silver, The body was stripped to bare metal and underside of the car was stripped and painted as well. The car was solid car to start with and the Floor and trunk pans are solid and original and have never been replaced.It has the correct dual exhaust manifolds with 2 1/2 exhaust. . Many new parts , Thousands invested. .lights, power windows, top, radio, tach etc..all work. It runs and drives good, The car is not a flawless 100 point show car but it is a very very nice rare car.
