1972 OLDSMOBILE CUTLASS CONVERTIBLE
Being offered is a very nice 1972 Cutlass Convertible. This car looks, runs, and drives awesome. Here is your chance to invest in one of the most sought after body styles GM ever made, and they are steadily going up in value, and getting harder to find each year. This car offers the following:
POWERTRAIN
This Cutlass is powered by its original, rebuilt 350 Rocket engine. The engine was rebuilt to stock specs, it runs strong and is real responsive. It has long tube headers and dual 2.5 exhaust with turbo mufflers, stock style tail pipes. The car has recently had new belts, new fluids. All suspension components, and brakes are in good working condition. The trans is the original rebuilt 350 Turbo, with shift kit, stock shifter in factory console. The rear end is a 12 bolt with 3:55 gear, new bearings and fluids. This car runs strong, and is a blast to drive.
EXTERIOR
This Olds has a very slick paint job, on a straight, solid, scratch and dent free body. The car was professionally painted with PPG basecoat/ clearcoat, and has been garage kept and well maintained for shows and cruise in's, and shows mirror like reflections as can be seen in the pictures. I would rate the paint a strong 9. No rust bubbles or cracks anywhere on the paint and body. The white power convertible top is in great condition, it has a glass rear window. It also has very nice chrome bumpers front and rear, new grills, and all new emblems. The doors, under hood and trunk jams are very nice as well. The undercarriage is solid. The floors, wheel wells, trunk, and frame is all solid. All weatherstrip, and felts are nice. The Cutlass has a very nice set of New American Racing Torq Thrust 2 polished aluminum wheels, 17 X 7 fronts and 17x8 rears with 235 45 and 255 50 17 with Nitto 555 z rated tires. The car has a nice stance and gets looks and compliments everytime I take it out.
INTERIOR
This 72 has a clean correct deluxe interior. The front and rear seats are in great condition with no rips or tears. The door panels and carpet are in great condition as well. The glass and chrome trim around the glass, are in very nice condition. The original dash and gauges are in very nice condition. The speedometer, and gas gauges weren't working correctly last time I drove it. All other electrical is in good working condition. The power top has all new components, pump, lines, and cylinders. It has a perfect factory Sport steering wheel.
