This car is a 1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme SL. I just had new rotors, brake pads, calipers, and brake lines put on it was $600. The door handles were recently replaced with new ones. It just has had a fresh oil change, and I was assured when I bought it that it has always had regular oil changes. The engine is running well and the car has roughly 145, 000 miles on it. The problems are that the car has rust damage, the battery keeps going dead, and it doesnt shift into gear correctly-it sort of sometimes will just idle when shifted into forward or reverse. The cruise control button is broken and the windshield washers fluid does not spray. I wanted to restore the vehicle because I like it and the vehicle has tremendous potential to be a finely tuned machine if you have the money to spend on its restoration, Yet I just do not have much money and I can no longer afford the repairs. If you are a fan of The Cutlass Supreme and are interested in restoring one this very well could be the one to restore. I am not a mechanic and I do not know how to do these repairs myself, but if you are a mechanic you might be interested in getting this car in shape and selling it for a profit.
