This is one of the best restored W30 convertibles on the planet.. Painstakingly restored over a five year period and that was the chasis engine and suspension alone.. The body interior and paint was done by Jeffs resurrections in Taylor Texas with the express intent to take top honors at the bowling green nationals which it did.. Scoring 998 out of a thousand... Everything on the car is perfect... Better than new... I have all the original paperwork from the dealer and the original owner... As I mentioned the car was bought from the widow of the original owner and I have a picture of the car new with the family... If your looking for a restored W30 four speed convertible this a great car for any collection... Call any time... | “This car is almost perfect ... It scored 998 out of a thousand at the Bowling green nationals and has zero miles on it since... It has been started stored and maintained since... Beautiful Azure blue color with blue interior and blue stripes.. Yes its a real four speed W30 convertible built at the end of the calendar year in 1969.. It was bought from the widow of the original owner in the late 1980's and restored to exact standards for these cars. I have the original dealer invoice and order sheet as well as the certi card with the owners name... The heads intake exhaust is all there. trans is matching numbers and the rear end shows the correct date code for the car. I believe the engine to be original to the car but cannot make out any numberson the pad which is not all that uncommon on these cars.. Heat from the exhaust, poor quality block material from the factory, poor stampings at the factory. Either way its not there and the price of the car reflects this!” |
