I am the third owner of this auto. The person I purchased it from had owned it for 40 years. The car has been in and out of storage for the last 40 years and I believe the mileage to be original I believe the engine is the original numbers matching engine although I have not attempted to confirm that. The original engine has not been overhauled but the usual components have been replaced...Water pump, fuel pump, radiator, and belts and hoses. I replaced the dual exhaust with mild glass pack mufflers, the intake manifold and an Eldlebrock 4 barrell carburetor. All the tires are new. The interior is all original and is in excellent condition except I installed new carpet. What does this mean... ? The car is in excellent mechanical condition but needs a paint job. The car was repainted several decades ago and it was not the best paint job then and is now showing its age. If you can paint a car or know someone who can paint a car for a reasonable price, this is the car for you. It is well worth restoring and if I don't sell it , I will keep it and have it painted myself.
