This classic 1955 Oldsmobile S Eighty Eight features an excellent, eye-popping color combination with its newer paint job in metallic blue over polar white. It is just beautiful and was lovingly restored with respect to originality – a great car with all rust repairs completed in solid steel.
This restored beauty comes with new interior carpet, headliner, and original-style vinyl seat covers. The restored dash was repainted in factory-correct colors and to original condition.

The body number reveals the car was made in Kansas City in 1955 and was the 6, 394th car off the KC line. According to the original owner's manual, the car was sold in Platte City, Mo. to James C. Hardesty of Weston, Mo.
The rebuilt original 324 cubic-inch Rocket V-8 engine has new hardened valve seats to run unleaded fuels. The automatic transmission has new seals.
Correct original wheel covers and newer, wide, whitewall tires.
