Oldsmobile pulled out all the stops on the 1985 Delta Royale Brougham, as this would be the last year for the rear wheel drive in this model. Accordingly, this 1985 Oldsmobile Delta Royale Brougham Two Door Coupe (The 442 of the Delta Line) provides sport and luxury in one package. Taylor Oldsmobile of Youngstown, OH sold this car to its original Youngstown owner on March 29, 1985, and it did not change hands until March 6, 2011, when it was titled in a family member's name. Since then, it has had two owners, self included. The like new condition of this Oldsmobile is incredible! The claret (burgundy) velour interior is mint. Quite literally, it is out of the showroom new. The seats and carpet look like no one sat in the car. (By the way, it is a non-smoker vehicle.) It hosts all the power options: AC, windows, locks, cruise control, pulse wipers, mirrors, 6 way driver's seat, antenna (which does not function, however, when the antenna is manually raised, the radio works great), etc. It also has soft-ray tinted windows, landau vinyl padded roof, accent stripes, tilt steering, plus the reminder information center, halogen headlamps, locking wire wheel hubcaps, and deluxe suspension package. The Oldsmobile 307 V-8 engine/automatic transmission runs smooth and strong. It was recently tuned up by a Certified GM Dealership. It will take you anywhere without any hesitation or concern. Engine compartment, as the whole car, is super clean! The undercarriage is rock solid, including a new catalytic converter/exhaust system. From day one, the car was treated with Bodyguard Rust Inhibitor ... on March 24, 1985. Thus, there is no rust. The original paint is exceptionally nice, which is rare on these vehicles, as Oldsmobile had some paint problems during the early to mid 80's.. There are one or two slight dings, but that is it. The front apron, for example, is almost perfect. This also applies to all chrome and stainless trim pieces, including impact strips, etc. They are super nice. Best of all, this car comes with over 40 plus pieces of purchase and maintenance documentation. Included is: Window Sticker, Factory Reference Sheet, Original Bill of Sale, Owner's Manuals, Shop Manual, Electronic Shop Manual, Ohio Title Transfer from Original Owner to Family Member in 2011, All Maintenance and Repair Receipts, Oldsmobile/GM Keys and Key Fob, etc. Thank you for your consideration of the exceptional vehicle.
