Vehicle Description: This 1972 Oldsmobile Hurst/Olds 2 Door Hardtop Coupe (Stock # P10197) is available in our Pleasanton, CA showroom and any inquiries may be directed to us at 925-484-2262 or by email at Sales@SpecialtySales.com.Authentic 1972 Oldsmobile Hurst/Olds Hardtop CoupeNew to our Pleasanton showroom is this rare and desirable 1972 Oldsmobile Hurst/Olds 2 Door Hardtop Coupe with white exterior paint, Indy 500 Pace Car badging and gold racing stripes. It has a black vinyl interior as well and you’ll find the factory 455 cid V-8 engine under the hood along with the numbers-matching Turbo-Hydromatic automatic transmission and many of the original factory accessories. This desirable example has been painstakingly restored back to factory standards recently and it is in excellent condition. One of Only 499 Total Produced in 1972This 1972 Oldsmobile Hurst/Olds Coupe is an authentic factory model and one of 499 Hardtops built to commemorate the Indy 500. This was the first time ever that a performance manufacturer was involved with creating the official Pace Car, and they went above and beyond with 3.23:1 gears, a Hurst dual gate shifter, the Turbo-Hydromatic transmission and of course that roaring 455 V-8 that was rated at 300 total horsepower. The current owner informs us that model before you today still has its entire factory drivetrain in place with only 5, 000 total miles on it since a 2010 restoration. In terms of condition, this 1972 Oldsmobile Hurst/Olds Hardtop looks excellent with proper alignment on its body panels, very nice exterior paint, and all the correct badging as well. The interior is also exceptionally clean and this muscle car performs admirably on the open road. With tremendous acceleration, tight handling and solid stopping power, it would be very easy to get carried away in this beauty.Fully Restored in 2010 w/ Less than 5, 000 Miles SinceOverall, this 1972 Oldsmobile Hurst/Olds is in gorgeous condition and it’s being sacrificed at a steal of a price. Given the scarcity of these models on today’s marketplace combined with its prestigious care, this one has nowhere to go in value but straight up in the future. Don’t let this tremendous opportunity slip by; call us today!
