Up for auction is a super nice 1970 Opel GT. The engine was completely rebuilt with a new Weber carb and has only about 2000 miles on it. The engine sounds great and idles very smooth and runs very strong. The interior is very clean with new carpet, new headliner, new dash cover. The seats are very good with only a small worn area on the drivers seat. The red paint has a very nice shine. There are only a couple of small surface spots behind the wheel area. The ASA Wheels really set this GT off. The tires have about 75% tread remaining. All the gauges work. The clock does not work. The tach works. The speedometer is nor accurate at low speeds but works at higher speeds. The odometer is showing around 29, 000 miles. If you are looking for a super clean, great running GT this is the on for you. Always gets a lot of attention at car shows.
Car is advertised locally so I reserve the right to end the auction early. Winning bidder is responsible for shipping. A $500.00 deposit is due within 3 days after the auction ends. Balance is due within 5 days after auction ends. Certified bank check will be accepted for payment. Car and title will not be released until check has cleared.
