These cars are becoming hard to find in any condition other than a parts car. I purchased this one along with another that has already sold from a private collection. This is certainly not a museum quality car; more original condition and a car you can drive.
104, 000 original miles. The engine was rebuilt and now has almost 25, 000 miles and it runs well. The paint is about 4 years old; with a couple of surface rust spots showing up around the rear wheels and a few others, see pics. The interior is nice and the seats have been recovered and there is a new dash cover installed.
Parts for an Opel GT are very accessible and in most cases very reasonable. Opel GT Source in Northern California has just about everything and are very helpful with reasonable prices.

Car is for sale locally in San Diego CA so auction can end at any time. If you are in the area you are welcome to come see and drive. I am open to reasonable offers as long as the transaction is still handled using eBay so everyone is protected.
