1971 Opel GT, we are sellling the car for an older gentleman that does not get around to well anymore. Twenty plus years ago the car was driven in the garage and parked. Unfortunately the car was not prepped for storage, has same gas in tank, the engine is stuck and the brakes are hanging up. The car was repainted at some point and is in fair condition. The clutch and trans seem to work ok. It was converted to electronic ignition. I put a battery in the car and tried to crank the engine with no luck. I put oil in the cylinders and still could not free it up. Does not appear to have been wrecked. we are selling it as is and no refunds so please ask questions. On Apr-15-15 at 01:11:50 PDT, seller added the following information: Receiving several questions about rust, the front and rear wheel wells are rusted through as well is the front battery area and will require repair, the body seems solid although was repainted, underbody looks solid. please note the car is being sold as is.
