This is a 2010 Hino with automatic . It has a new Turbo I think the governor is stuck. It feels like when your driving a u'haul truck and wont let go more then 55 or 60 mpg y that's why I think it the governor my Hino wont go over 35 miles a hour and I think the governor is stuck but I am not a mechanic so I am selling it as is where is. so give a reasonable offer I am ready to let it go, I can have it delivered for a fee or help you load. this truck is a clean I think I am the second owner and it shows the in side is real clean and has never been in a accident .
