For sale a very unique micro car made during the 60's in Long Beach California by B&Z Electric Cars. The
Electra King
were built and sold during the 60's as a commuter. This one is supposedly a 1964 model and a very rare survivor professionally restored and completed in November 2015.
This Electra King is in exceptional condition for its age. I spent 4 months and a small fortune to find parts, fix the car or put new parts. It was serviced by Orange County Monster Carts in Newport Beach ( they are specialized in electric cars ).
This micro car is ready to hit the road and for a new home. It has a brand new motor (0 miles), 6 brand new Trojan batteries, new gas shocks, brand new tires, and most of the wires/electric cables have been tested, cleaned or replaced. Everything (including lights, horn, breaks, switches, dials, solenoids, etc) is in perfect working order.
Definitely a cute car with a wow factor and a magnet for classic car shows or to promote a business. This is a very rare model, especially in this condition. If you are interested or collect micro cars, do not hesitate to contact me.

| “This micro car is in exceptional condition both cosmetically and mechanically. It seems to be complete. The paint and body are excellent with no fading, noticeable scratches or damages. It looks like this car has never been in an accident. The body is made of fiberglass and has integrity (no bondo) and the frame is straight and has not been altered. All electric components/parts have been tested, cleaned, restored, inspected or replaced in November 2015 (the car has a brand new 36 volts motor, 6 new Trojan batteries, 2 new shocks, new tires, etc). The seats and interior are in excellent condition. The floor and trunk have varnished hardwood floor and those are in perfect condition. Lights, horn, signals and all switches are working.” |
