2006 Peterbilt 379 extended hood very nice truck. Caterpillar c-15 475hp 810, xxx mi. 18spd transmission, low pro 24.5 virgin tires 75% drives 50% steers. 10 aluminum Wheels. Has duel 150 Gallon tanks. Well maintained truck with new Head, water pump, air compressor, steering shaft, radiator, condenser, Batteries, Fan and A/C belts along with tensioners replaced, New Thermostats, New bypass valve cartridge and hoses, Installed a water filter to prevent premature wear from coolant, New coolant, New air filters, New Cat fuel filters, Fresh oil change with Scheaffers Super 7000 full synthetic 15w40 oil. Liners were inspected at time of head replacement and they looked brand new with perfect cross hatch in all cylinders. Doesn't burn any oil, has great oil pressure. I bought the truck with 625k mi. and it was set to not rev over 16, 500rpm for the 625k mi. I had that removed at time I purchased. Save Thousands of dollars because this truck Includes Merrit headache rack, tire chain carrier with tire chains, winter front, bug screen, Fire extinguisher, and triangles. frame and rears are very clean not driven on many salted roads. Polished tanks, wheels, grill, and step boxes. This truck is ready for work. This is a very nice truck. This is my baby. I get compliments everywhere I go. It does need new co-ax cable for the CB radio. Hate to get ride of her but have to much equipment or else I'd Keep her.
