1988 Peterbilt 379 Flatbed Straight Truck, Powered by a Cat 3406B 425HP Diesel Engine. Trucks pulls hard with a full load! (1) 160gal fuel tank on the drivers side. 9 speed trans, air ride suspension (all bushings replaced a year ago, along with new leveler valve). Aluminum Rims all around. Engine break, Pioneer CD player with Sony speakers. New water-pump, thermostat, engine mounts, front main seal, rear drive-shaft, alternator, fan & fan clutch, rear suspension bushings rebuilt and aligned, & more. An Oil Analysis was done on the engine and came back good. I can send the report upon request if interested. This truck was originally a tractor that had the frame extended behind the tandems and a 4' extension was added to the bed to total a 25ft bed. Wheelbase is approx. 238. Runs straight and smooth down the road and will easily cruise at 80 mph no problem at roughly 1700rpm. Great working truck that still looks good going down the road! Feel free to ask any questions.
