Up for sale is my 33000lb GVW, 2005 International 4400 Straight Truck with Jerr-Dan Implement Rollback. This truck has 249700 miles and was purchased and ALWAYS driven by myself. So this is not fleet truck that was driven by someone who didn't care about what happened to it. It has been shedded every single night since 2005 and it has never seen salt or snow. It was always washed and towel dried. Almost every service was done by International in Lincoln or Omaha, NE with a lot of receipts to prove it. This is a very well taken care of truck that has be very well maintained. THIS TRUCK HAS ALSO NEVER BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT OR HAD ANY SIGNIFICANT BODY DAMAGE.
This is a very well optioned truck for being a straight truck. In the cab you will find dual air ride seats, power windows, locks, mirrors (also heated), cruise, Intermittent wipers, tilt, and a cd player (Kenwood). The cabe itself is also air ride for improved ride quality. There is an optional overhead console along with a spot for a CB. The mirrors (for the antennas) and cab of the truck come prewired for a cb so it makes for an easy install.
It is equipped with a DT570 310HP engine with full 3 stage jake brake that had an in frame overhaul performed by International in Lincoln, NE at 163K miles in 2013. It is backed by an Eaton 10 speed transmission that has a new clutch/pressure plate/and throwout bearing in front of it as of 2014 (also performed by International). The rearend is also a rarely optioned locking differential. You will also note this is also optioned with dual 50 gallon polished aluminum fuel tanks.
The Jerr-Dan rollback is 22' long by 102 wide. This is a $40k+ rollback when it was new. It is well equipped with a 20, 000lb Hydraulic Ramsey winch with a cable that was replaced in 2013. The rear moving assembly of the rollback was completely rebuilt in 2014 with new pins and bushings etc. There are 3 tool boxes mounted to the frame under the box, (2) 36 x 18 x 18 and one 48x18x18. This is an implement style rollback which means it is built to handle much more weight than a typical car recovery rollback.
The truck comes with 6 BRAND NEW Goodyear 11.00 X 22.5 Tires & New Alcoa aluminum wheels. These were all replaced within the last 1000 miles.
Major Recent Service work ALL PERFORMED BY INTERNATIONAL OF LINCOLN/OMAHA includes:
2013 In Frame overhaul at 163K miles which consisted of new cam, turbo, head, intercooler, injectors, sleeves &pistons/rings, gaskets, etc.
2014 Both front engine covers replaced with updated International parts ($8700 repair that has to be completed on the 570 at some point)
Complete clutch, pressure plate, and throwout bearing replacement
New Rear Brake Drums and Shoes
Rebuilt the rear rollback Assembly with all new pins and bushings
2015 New Tires & Wheels
This truck has always been very well cared for and it has always had very good maintenance no matter the cost. As you can see, for a 2005 with 249k it is in excellent condition and you would never know it by looking at it or driving it. This is also a very highly optioned truck for a straight truck. Most 4400s you will find out there will not come with the DT570, the 10 speed, the locking differential, the power optioned cab comforts, the air ride cab, brand new aluminum wheels/tires, the dual fuel tanks, a $40k rollback flatbed, etc etc. This truck is only being sold because I have upgraded to a larger GVW truck & different style box.
I am willing to meet you at either Lincoln, NE or Omaha, NE airports if you would like to fly in and drive it home. I would not hesitate to drive this truck anywhere in the US.
