This is a one-owner 1966 Amphicar. It is in beautiful shape. The most unique thing about this Amphicar is that the owner designed and professionally installed custom-made rudders that work perfectly. We had the car in the water on August 8th to make sure everything was in good operating condition. It was a great night out on the water. Making turns in the water can be very difficult in an Amphicar, but these rudders make it very easy to maneuver in small areas. The rudders were installed twenty years ago. The car was repainted roughly fifteen years ago and still looks beautiful. It has always been garage kept and very well maintained. It has all new after-market shocks. It has a new clutch and an NOS transmission which was installed by a master mechanic. Brakes and cylinders were all just replaced and work well. The convertible top is in perfect shape and the interior is like new. The door seals are in perfect shape and have never leaked. This car will bring many hours of enjoyment.
