Bought new by Sears employee in Texas in 1952. She drove it until 1971. Garaged until 1985 when owner passed away. Inherited by granddaughter and transported north and garaged until I bought it in 2009. Engine professionally rebuilt in 2010. Rust-free body had body work done on dents and dings and professionally repainted in original Glass Green paint. Original interior is fair to good. Needs floor mats. Brakes completely overhauled. Six volt, positive ground alternator added for reliability. Starts and runs fine. Missing grill medallion, and needs speedo cable and solid bumpers re-chromed. Fine original example of a rare Allstate.
