This particular Vehicle is in fairly Good shape for a 1972. The body is straight, there's minimal rust as shown in pictures, the floors are solid, the trunk is also rust free, Runs and drives excellent, all it is missing is a driver, If i were to keep it, I'd redo the seats, but she's in overall fairly good shape. Being that it has a 5 digit odometer, there's a good possibility that it very well might have 123k miles, but actually looking at the vehicle in person might give someone the impression that 23k miles isn't too far fetched.
