This is a 1951 Hudson Commodore that I bought with a partial restoration. It is not perfect. The paint job is mediocre but the car is solid. It runs and drives, but does still has the old drums on it. I bought it off a guy who spent all of his money buying it and couldn't afford to do the rest. I sent the chrome to a chrome shop in Atlanta where it sat for almost a year. Had to go to court to get my parts back. Still out my $1000.00 deposit. I am not a collector and do not know a great deal about these cars. After almost 2 years of sitting in my garage I have moved on and would like someone else to have this gem. It is a beautiful body style and could be really nice. Ask any questions and Ill try and help.

“This automobile is in pretty good shape. The guy I bought it from two years ago attempted to restore it but ran out of money and put a mediocre paint job on it. I bought it with all of the chrome off of it. After a year of it sitting at the chrome shop and nothing getting done I went to get it. The motor and most everything else is original with the exception of the interior. Motor cranks and runs good, haven't driven it much not to crazy about the drum brakes. I have lost interest in it. Great project car you wont have to spend a ton on unless you want to.” |
