You are looking at the Junkyard Dog.This midget ran the Midwest circuit and is only 1 of 3 built by Elis Evans in the mid 50s and to the best of my knowledge the only one left. The midget is powered by a Wilson Chevy 2 engine with a Wilson hydraulic cam, fuel injection with a belt driven aircraft fuel pump burning alcohol with a quick change gearbox. Set up for vintage racing, comes with vintage trailer. Notable Midwest drivers would be, John Yankey and Marlin Thunder Klunder. The car has a full cage as well as a single bar and is a push start.
