I love this car, thought I'd never sell it.
Things have changed: I've decided to move to Costa Rica where you need a 4 wheel drive. The roads there dish out so much punishment this beautiful car wouldn't last 6 months.
Not just any Morris Minor Traveller, this one has lots of custom woodwork and custom removable roof rack (leather straps for roof rack have broken off), wire wheels, it's a work of art! A real head turner, there was even a magazine article written about it in 2000 I'll give you a copy of.
Original left hand drive, built for the US market, not modified.
Restored and customized around 25 years ago, and needs a lot of TLC now. I was going to have the needed work done, but, as I said, things changed.
Some floor rust (see photo), front seat upholstery and carpets bad, minor scratches and dent (see photo), some wood rot (see photo), passenger door won't close, occasionally slips out of gear, ododmeter doesn't work.
Engine runs well, brakes recently done. The engine and transmission are from an MG Midget.
