1997 International flat bed tow truck. 2 car carrier, century bed, runs but has a starter issue. will pull start. has hydraulic leak at controller box new glow plugs new injectors 4 new tires in rear have new tires for front not mounted missing control box on passenger side, will need power steering electrical assist will be needed to to be replaced at some point in the near future email any further questions. pick only can not deliver will charge 15% restock fee if you can not pick up with in 7 days.
