The silver dawn was Rolls Royce first step back into the “luxury” market after World War II in 1949. The Silver Wraith had been the first vehicle released post-war in 1946. With only 760 Silver Dawns produced from 1949-1955, this truly is a rare vehicle. The inline 6 engine produces a soft whir, only audible with listening for it. One step inside the cabin and you can understand how the asking price of approximately $140, 000 of today’s US dollar isn’t too unreasonable. The warm wooden dash and the mint green leather interior give a soft contrast and classy appearance of a time since lost.
The black paint looks to be deep enough that you could swim in it, and is believed to be original, as well as all the sheet metal and glass. The vehicle recently went through service and received a new set of tires, as well as a fresh battery to be sure you won’t be stranded when showing this beauty off. This Silver Dawn has only seen 63, 499 actual miles on the original engine and transmission, and the condition reflects it. -$1000 deposit needed within 24 hours of offer being accepted.
-A deposit is a commitment to puchase and is non-refundable, it is applied to the purchase amount.
-Payment methods: ACH, wire transfer, cashier's check, credit card (3% fee), personal check (10 business days to clear), and of course - cash. PayPal not accepted.
-Signed purchase contracts, cleared payment in full, and a copy of your driver's license will be needed before the vehicle is released.
-Our hours are 9-5pm EST, Monday through Saturday.
