Vehicle Description: Cushman has always been known as the big name in little wheels. This is a unique Cushman Super Silver Eagle scooter that has been correctly restored to its original condition. The refined Super Silver Eagle was introduced in 1962 to commemorate Cushman's 25 years of making scooters and featured a new Floating Power Chassis with rubber engine mounts for a smooth ride. Finished in Huntsman Red, this terrific example was fully restored several years ago with minimum drive time on it. It is in excellent shape, starts easily, and is a steady rider. The peppy 8HP engine turns right over compliments of an electric starter. The scooter is also equipped with hand-shifted 2-speed transmission, front brake, speedometer, horn, seat handles, and lots of chrome finishes. These cars have also been successfully raced by our past and present drivers and possess the same unique historical significance and provenance as our museum collection.
