According to the Hudson-Essex-Terraplane club director this is the only 31 Essex in Canada that hasn't been rodded or rotten or not running.
Manufactured by Hudson/Terraplane manufacturing company.

18 wooden spoke wheels
standard 3 speed transmission
6 volt electrical system
original cork clutch
nickel plating on all bumpers lights and grill shroud
changes that were made to make for easier starting and running was the generator replaced with an alternator and fuel pump ( original parts available)
The current owner purchased this 1931 Essex in 1989 from the man who did the frame off restoration.
The restoration was done prior to 1989 and in the owners care for the last 27 years, the car has been to many car shows and a few parades.
Since he purchased the car it has had no more than 5000 miles driven.
This car is in excellent running condition and can be driven anywhere you choose.
