1974 Bricklin SV1 SV1

Bricklin SV1 SV1 (1974)
for sale

Price: US $250.00

Description:

There were 2875 Bricklins' built in Canada from 1974 to 1976. This vehicle is #191 very low number, early in production, when you consider there are less than 700 left in the United States! The transmission is a three speed automatic. The car has very low original miles. The best feature is the pneumatic, gull wing doors. They raise and lower with the touch of a button. One of the great things about the Bricklin is that with the exception of the gel coat, fiberglass body, they were made with all Detroit manufactured parts. The engine and transmission are manufactured by Ford, the alternator is from American Motors Corporation, no longer in business, and the muffler and exhaust is manufactured by General Motors, from the well known Camaro, Z28 era. This makes purchasing replacement parts a breeze from you local parts store. There is still one dealer located in Virginia today. This facility has all the replacement body components if needed. The vehicle has power steering, power brakes, and power doors, check this out, how many vehicles have POWER DOORS! The windows in a Bricklin roll down all the way, but in a Delorean the window do not roll down. This car is a real attention getter, so you better be prepared to answer many questions about the Bricklin when you park it somewhere or go to a car show, you won't find another at you stop. THIS IS A NO RESERVE AUCTION. I AM MOVING TO FLORIDA AND SELLING MY COLLECTION LOCALLY.
