Description:
Rare and seldom seen Vespa 400 Micro Car and very difficult to find one as clean as this one. Extremely tiny car only made for few years from 1958 - 1961 with production totals of less then 2000 imported in to the USA. Factory 392cc two cylinder 14hp, two stroke engine, 3-speed manual transmission, nice Red paint, newer gray interior. Features include sliding windows, suicide doors and retractable roof and wide white wall tires. Originally advertised as 55 mph and 55 mpg, the Vespa was truly one of the first GREEN cars produced.
Engine was rebuilt by a Vespa specialist. Also has the rare portable radio. This is a very clean solid car that would be a great addition to any collection.
