You are bidding on a 1937 Packard 120 Convertible Sedan. It is currently in an estate, the owner recently passed away and we we handling the sale of the car for the estate. We do have a long history of the car going back 30 plus years. This is an older restoration that still presents itself well. The car runs and drives. The vacuum advance is not functioning so the car doesn't build the power it should on acceleration. The cost is about $90 to have the vacuum advance rebuilt. This Packard was restored about 30 years ago. At that time the paint and body work were done the engine and brakes redone, chrome re-plaited, and the leather interior replaced (the front seat springs are a little tired). There was never any rust in this car. The convertible top was replaced 15 years ago. Having always been stored inside the paint and the rest of the car still shows well. There are some scratches on the right side mount cover from the hood falling off because the hood center pivot broke. The chrome on the car is in fair condition but presentable. This Packard has many of the options for the year: Radio with antenna, heater, cigar lighter, rear bumper, front and rear bumper guards, dual side mounts with metal covers, rear fender skirts and a spotlight. Currently the only gauge that is working is the oil pressure gauge. This could be a really great classic for touring with a few minimal repairs.
