I bought this car as well a bunch of other cars, a year & a half ago from a man with a hoard of cars. I realize I won't have time or money to get to this one even though it is the most complete car I have. Other than the grille head badge, I believe the car is 95% complete. If the parts are not in the picture, they are in the car. It does need a lot of love, but I have never seen a car like this before and hope someone else can see the potential in it. | “This Packard 300 is a 95% complete original car. I am only aware of the missing grille head badge, but there may be a couple more. It needs rockers, inners & outers and most likely floor pans. All glass is there, but some will need replacing including the windshield. It has the flat head straight 8 motor, but not sure if it’s free spinning. It is a 4-door and the left doors are frozen shut & the right front door won’t latch shut. The missing right door trim is in the car. This would make an amazing car that you never see! Such a cool car that is definitely worth restoring but could also be used for parts if needed. It does need COMPLETE restoration inside and out, as well as drivetrain and brakes.” |
