You are bidding on a 1953 Packard Clipper. Engine Type : I8 5359 cc | 327.0 cu in. | 5.4 L.160 HP (117.76 KW) @ 3600 RPM
This car has been professionally prepped and painted, as well as, new interior stitched by a 40 year experienced, master upholsterer. The mileage is original and accurate of 47, 221. The mileage may go up a few or so miles based on test driving, but will show no more than 47, 321 upon purchase. Beauty rings and all wheels and tires are 6 months old an have less than 50 miles since new. I will be adding a proof-of-life video later in the week to show this beauty running around a parking lot if I am able to make my travel schedule work. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have before the end of the auction. There is no warranty expressed or implied.
Payment Methods: PAYPAL or Swift Code transfer through Wells Fargo ONLY. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and or approved financing in place before making your final bid.
Deposit: The successful high bidder will submit at least a $2000.00 deposit within 2 business days of winning the auction to secure the vehicle. Failure to deliver deposit in the prescribed time, will deem this auction non binding, and I will no longer be contractually obligated to sell the vehicle to the winning bidder and the bidder will forfeit his/her deposit.
Payment of Balance Due: Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due in full (plus applicable fees and taxes) and take ownership of the vehicle within 20 business days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. (I don’t require removal of the vehicle in this same time frame. I understand shipping or picking up of the vehicle may take a little longer).
Shipping: The buyer
is responsible for all
shipping charges and arrangements however if I can help you I will. I assume no
responsibility for damages incurred after leaving my location. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to or picked up by the shipping company.
