You are viewing a Packard to be restoredthe two initial pictures (is not the actual condition of the car, those where taken on arrival back to the US before was abandoned on the patio) The story behind this vehicle is; the car was purchased by Colombian President Eduardo Santos (August 1938 to August 1942/Presidential Period) he is the grand father of the actual President(please google it), and exported to South America; the car was used as a Presidential vehicle. after the years the car was exported back to the US, Miami Florida in a great condition (see photos) and due to health reasons of the owner the car was left on a uncover patio and the car got damaged.
