Oregon first issued this plate format, beginning in 1964, continuing thru 1972..... using vinyl year tabs for the respective year. This particular plate could be used to represent any one of those years, by simply adding the year tab needed... "64, "65, "66, "67, "68, "69, "70, "71, or "72. At present, does have an original "70 Tab
