“Condition of the plate is very good but not excellent”

This is an Ohio commemorative license plate from 2003.
Condition of the plate is in very good but not excellent and probably needs to be restored. This will have some rust, dings, bends, nicks and scrapes from age. Please enlarge the photo for a look.
Upon request, I will include the business card of a plate collector/restorer in the Grand Rapids Michigan area that you can have these plates restored at a very competitive price. I"ve known him for several years that I was selling car literature at swap meets. His license plate display always looks very nice and I know he does most of his restorations.
